Avail an Encumbrance Certificate on IGRS Telangana

If you are integrated under IGRS TS registration, you can also avail Encumbrance Certificate which states that a particular real estate is devoid of financial or legal liabilities. It provides detailed information of dues or pending charges on the property, mortgage or court case attached to it. The certificate is a compulsory document when purchasing or selling a property and availing a home loan. Most lenders usually require an encumbrance statement of 10 – 15 years before approving credit. You can easily seek a property’s Encumbrance Certificate by submitting a few details.

However, the Telangana land registration website doesn’t allow users to apply for an EC online. For that, you need to download the EC application form from the website, take a print out, fill up with essential details and submit at a MeeSeva centre along with relevant documents.
