There are several documents required for a home loan. Those documents are listed below-
1. Salaried individuals
- Income proof - Form 16 and latest salary slip.
- Financial account statement for the previous 3 months.
2. Self-employed applicants
- Business existence proof-
*Trade license.
*GST, SEBI and RoC registration certificate.
*Partnership deed.
- Financial statement - Profit and loss account along with the balance sheet.
Common documents
The following are the common documents required for a home loan –
- Property
- NOC from the housing society or builder.
- Possession certificate and land tax receipt form the land/land revenue/revenue department.
- Detailed estimation of the construction
- Occupancy certificate (for constructed apartments).
- Payment receipt or the bank account statement showing payment made to the concerned authority.
- - Identity proof - KYC details including Aadhaar card, voter ID card, and PAN card
- - Address proof

*Electricity and telephone bill
*Property tax receipt
- Passport size photograph
Post verification of the above-mentioned documents, your home loan amount will be disbursed by the financial institution.
