- Click ‘Select Beneficiary’ and choose ‘Search by Name’ from the drop-down menu.
- Feed your Aadhaar number.
- If your Aadhaar number is found in the PMAY list database, you will also access the beneficiaries’ details.

You and the beneficiary family must not have any pucca home in India to apply for the PMAY. You should also not have availed of any other housing benefits given by the government. A beneficiary family means a husband, wife, unmarried sons and unmarried daughters.
