Eligibility criteria for DDA housing scheme 2019
To benefit from this affordable housing scheme, applicants must fulfill these eligibility requirements –
Must be an Indian citizen.
Must be 23-62 years of age for salaried professionals.
It should be between 25 and 70 years of age in the case of self-employed individuals.
Should not own a residential space more than 67 sq. mt. in the urban parts of Delhi, Delhi Cantonment and New Delhi.
Should have an annual household income not exceeding Rs. 3 Lakh.
Must possess a PAN allotted under the provisions of the Income Tax Act.

Both the applicant and his/her spouse can apply for DDA housing scheme 2019, but only one apartment will be allotted. Besides, female ownership is more preferred, similar to the PAMY scheme.
